Question 1

Where can I find IGNOU previous year question papers?

Accepted Answer

Search this page by course code (e.g. BEGC-101) or course name, or browse by degree. Each course page has every available term-end exam paper from June 2026 back to Dec 2024. The papers come from IGNOU's own published question papers.

Question 2

Are IGNOU question papers repeated in the term-end exam?

Accepted Answer

Exact papers aren't repeated, but IGNOU often asks the same core topics and question patterns across sessions. Working through the last 3–4 papers of a course is one of the most reliable ways to spot the topics that come up most.

Question 3

Can I download IGNOU question papers as PDF?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open any paper to read it free in your browser. To save the PDF, tap Download and share your contact details once. After that, downloads in this browser start straight away.

Question 4

Are papers available in Hindi and regional languages?

Accepted Answer

Where IGNOU publishes separate language versions or sets of a paper (for example Hindi, Bengali, Oriya, Telugu or Set I/Set II), each one appears as its own option for that exam session on the course page.

Question 5

How should I use previous year papers to prepare for TEE?

Accepted Answer

Start by listing the questions that repeat across sessions, then practise writing full answers within the 3-hour time limit. If you want to know how a paper was actually marked, chat with an IGNOU insider who wrote the same exam.
